I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, although a bit small for the price, were modern and cozy. I would definitely request a water view next time. The friendly and family-oriented atmosphere really stood out, and meeting Ceasar the dog was a delightful experience. I'll be back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but modern, and I would opt for a water view next time. The friendly and family atmosphere was lovely, and meeting Ceasar the dog was a highlight. The bed was super comfy, though some areas need updating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I look forward to returning!

The newly refurbished room had a super comfy bed and a fresh new bathroom. However, some areas need updating, and the seating was not ideal for a double room with only one person.

The hotel is located in the pretty hamlet of Colintraive, on the banks of the Kyles of Bute, offering a lovely place to stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with friendly and helpful hosts, although they might be a bit overpriced. The dining options were a mix of delight and disappointment, with some amazing choices and some subpar dishes. The location is ideal for a restful stay and exploring the nearby islands.
Rooms

The rooms were large and beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, they tended to get cold during the night as the radiators went off, and the curtain position made it difficult to keep warmth in.

The location was astounding, being situated on the banks of the Kyles of Bute and just a minute away from the ferry to Bute, making it a perfect spot for exploring the islands.
Dining

The dining experience offered some amazing dishes, but there were occasional letdowns like reheated black pudding, which detracted from an otherwise fantastic menu.
